This petition is asking that ALL animals taken to the vet for the first time are scanned. It's a crazy situation. They make us pay for microchipping but then no-one is obliged to scan.

IT IS COMPULSORY TO MICROCHIP OUR DOGS BUT OPTIONAL TO SCAN AND CHECK MICROCHIP REGISTRATION.
