As an appointed govt official and public servant, Ms Badoy should emulate propriety, decency, restraint and respect. As a public servant working appointed to work with the poorest of the poor and the less privilege, she should not discriminate any filipino by virtue of his or her physical appearance. Her insult against Ms. Jover Laurio's physical appearance by saying "that Laurio's “ugliness is extraordinary...The dirt in her pusod (navel) is extraordinary. And so is the libag (dirt) in her kili kili (armpit).”, is conduct unbecoming of a public official. 

Therefore Ms. Badoy does not deserve to stay in the govt. RESIGN NOW MS. BADOY!
