It's been 3 days to sign this petition, but there is not a single response from the council of higher secondary education board ,Odisha. Now, What more can we expect from such educational system? 

Almost the signatures as well as supporters has reached to 1400, but still they don't even have a glance on the career of thousands of students. 

So, Please suggest your ideas, how to start this revolution.. And coordinate in a victory way.
