Some things I plan to address at tonights meeting: Parking, noise violations, improvement of tenant management, additional/improved 24 hour survey-lance, pollution, privacy, traffic flow, construction: noise, proposed time frame, induced traffic, how complaints will be handled, If the vibrations from the construction cause damage to nearby houses such as concrete slabs being cracked, property value concerns, why they feel the adjustment of zoning is justified, the lengthy amount of negative reviews posted on every outlet and how they plan to improve that, the various insect infestations residents are stating they have and if those infestations migrate because of the construction.
