OCA Activity Update March 12th

Hi everyone, just to keep you up to date on activities surrounding the petition. The Zone Reps had called for a Special Meeting of the OCA to discuss issues around the possible suspension. It was called under the Constitution of the OCA, which required 10% of the voting body to request it. Once requested, it shall be held. The OCA President has replied to that request apparantly stating that the requisition received is not in compliance with the Corporations Act and cannot be considered by the Board of Directors. It seems as though the Board of Directors does not want to have a special meeting. I believe they should be following the rules that are within the Constitution that were duly passed and if that rule is not in compliance with the Corporations Act, then it should not have been passed in the first place. Comments anyone?
