A reputable dog rescue in Whittier, CA named Save A Bow Wow. The rescue received a call about a dog who needed immediate foster and medical care. The rescue received a dog with matted hair full of fleas and feces. The rescue had him groomed shaved down since he was so badly matted. The dog "Monyo" has green teeth because his owners apparently didn't take care of him or obtained veterinary care for him.  The rescue had to return him to OC Animal Care as the dog was microchipped and owners were located. OC Animal Care is opening an Animal Cruelty case against the owners, however there's a possibility that the owners can obtain the dog back ! 

Please sign the petition so the OC Animal Care knows that this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Not only should the owners be prevented from obtaining Monyo back but they should never be able to obtain any animal in their care and should be charged with animal cruelty!
