because bethesda was to lazy to make a fallout game we enjoyed 

they also put out creationclub which most people are strongly against because you have to pay for mods when they are normally free

i wanna see a high quality fallout made by obsidian because they atleast care about the players who want a fallout game that is exellent in story writing
