One happy Island they call it, Aruba. But that happiness comes with a lot of heartache for us animal lovers. Stray dogs and cats are everywhere around while travelling a cross this beautiful island. Heart breaking cause they all are in need of medical help, food, water and shelter. Many of them have a real bad skin-condition, starving to death, scarred from fighting over food, are dehydrated from the daily heat etc. etc. 

There is no law for the citizens of Aruba to microchip their animals/pets. People purchase impulsively and put them on the streets later on. This without being neutered so the population continues growing.

I beg the government of Aruba to obligate this and consider the benefits of microchipping instead of killing those innocent animals.
