Morning all, 
Thank you to everyone who signed.  Acknowledged and recognised by the Parish Council the overwhelming support from the Community to upheld the agreed NDP and object to the submitted Permission in Principle for further housing/dwellings development in Lower Metherell.

The petition was presented at last night's Calstock Parish Councils Planning Committee, with all 5 of the listed key material planning grounds, and acknowledgment of the 120 signatures. 

Further points raised in the meeting included the proposed application on building on green field site, the impact on already over whelmed sewage working plant in Lower Metherell and several points where the application which would be in direct contradiction to Cornwall Councils Planning guidelines. 

The Parish Council unanimously voted to object to the Permission in Principal application as a Statutory Consultee. 

This now goes to Cornwall Council planning officer for decision.
