For your notification and general public awareness pertaining to this Petition, if this Petition mysteriously disappears or gets removed from public viewing on the Change.org website, so you all are aware it was not an agreeable decision made by any of the petition organisers, nor anyone had any involvement or personally actioned the removal of this petition.

It could be a high possibility of a manipulative act of sabotage as there is an extremely high possibility of scaremongering tactics enacted including threats of legal action is a real possibility, gauging historical local cases when community members speak out publicly against MICC Councillors and CEO. MICC Councillors and CEO/Executive staff could legally try to pursue the Petition organisers to prevent this Petition gaining any further support and traction, as well force any desperate intervention attempts to aggressively stop the official “Vote of No Confidence” complaint being submitted to the OIA & QLD Ombudsman to prevent the immediate investigation all Petitioners have demanded.

Regardless if this petition gets removed, the Mount Isa rate payers and affected community members can be assured, the official complaint against MICC Councillors and CEO/Executive Staff has now been officially submitted to the relevant investigative bodies (OIA & QLD Ombudsman) requesting an immediate, robust, transparent and thorough investigation into MICC Councillors, CEO & Executive Staff’s integrity, unprofessional behaviours and conduct, and financial decision making and accountability to all Mount Isa rate payers.
