Motion - Vote of no confidence with MICC Councillors (excl Mayor) and CEO/Executives !!!

PETITION UPDATE - FRIDAY 17th JUNE 2022 !!!
If all petition signatories are mutually agreeable for a local community member to progress and develop this important petition transgressing it into a motion of a “Vote of no confidence” in all Mount Isa City Councillors and their CEO David Keenan (excluding Mayor Danielle Slade) including any other Executive employees, who have not acted with integrity and due diligence throughout the course of their Council terms and whilst in MICC employment.
The aim of this vote of no confidence motion, will be in response to the complete disrespect and disregard displayed to the majority of Mount Isa Rate Payers fierce objections to the 6% general rate rates rise and 3% water rates increase by ignoring Mount Isa Rate Payers and community members to vote in the objected rate rises, there’s an urgent need to restore community confidence and remove all the non-urgent, non-essential financial expenditure inclusive of the extravagant new project expenditure and exploitation of rate payers rates monies. The new community petition driver will insist from all questionable councillors and executives full public disclosure of “financial declarations” to forcibly declare all of their conflicts of interests and/or any unfair financial exploitations of Mount Isa rate payers. Once evidential proof is sought disclosing Councillors and CEO/Executives are in receivership of financial, property or other personal benefits and gains, legal proceedings and prosecution would be expected to follow.
Please continue to sign and support this progressive adjunct Petition, so a formal complaint can be officially lodged with Office of the Independent Assessor (OIC) and QLD Ombudsman showing our strong united voiced community recommendations for commencement of immediate investigations into MICC Councillors and CEO/Executive Staff and removal of all relevant Councillors and CEO/Executives Staff from their local governmental statutory positions, once confirmations of any Councillors/CEO/Executive employees wrongdoing and any breaches of code of conduct are uncovered.
I encourage you to further support and advance this Petition, by leaving your signature and comments on this petition and encouraging other community members to sign and support this ongoing petition.
If you do not agree or feel comfortable with supporting the progression of this petition and no confidence motion stance against Councillors and CEO/Executives, your decision will be respected if you decide to remove your signature and feedback comments. I recommend you make your decision and take action by Friday 1st July 2022, so this Petition can be submitted in it entirety to the relevant departments for investigative notification and action.
