‘A quick update for the residents of Higham, we, campaigners for keeping the GP practice in Higham open, have met this morning to discuss our next steps. We are continuing to work together on this aim.
We feel it’s paramount that the Higham residents are able to express their views to the ICB (Integrated Care Board) about the proposed closure of Higham GP surgery which has now submitted and on GP website.

I feel it was a beneficial meeting this morning, individually and as a team we all have our tasks and next steps on this.
Additionally a joint letter will be being submitted to the ICB reiterating the concerns amongst the village.
Thank you to all of you within the group and community who are working on this case on behalf of myself and the residents of Higham.
