We have less than 3 days to go to fund this final hurdle in our long running case. Any amount, large or small, greatly appreciated! 🙏🏽

This crowdfund is the first time in this long running case we have reached out to our supporters for any donations, having self-funded the Judicial Review claim. While the settlement to reconsider the Enforcement Report required the council to refund part of our costs, it did not cover the entire amount spent to bring the claim. All funds raised via CrowdJustice go directly to counsel for this next step.
🙏🏽 Please consider to donate to our campaign to pay for a King's Counsel (KC) Barrister Opinion and review of a new Enforcement Report which is to be prepared with independent Heritage Advice and presented to the Runnymede Borough Council Planning Committee for consideration. 🙏🏽
Given our win to have the Enforcement Report reconsidered, it is now crucial to ensure that Planning Committee members are fully informed of the legal framework which protects listed buildings as well as what considerations can be given weight in enforcement decisions.
The upcoming Planning Committee meeting to redetermine the Enforcement Report is our final hurdle in this long running campaign so your support is never more needed!
As a reminder, the current state of affairs is the loss of over 50% of the original Stained Glass, the loss of all of the remaining historic glass and all windows now framed in thick, white non-traditional uPVC with incongruous modern features.
The Victorian Society have recently commented on the “totally inappropriate works” and the "shocking" loss of the Stained Glass, reinforcing the significant heritage impact these harms have had.
