673 have now signed our petition. Our momentum grows every week. Thank you for signing and sharing

The Architect / property developer has written again to the GMC ( General medical council) with a series of false accusations in a malicious attempt to sabotage a local residents medical career.

Unsubstantiated allegations have been made in an attempt to discredit our petition to the planning inspectorate.

The Architect now alleges to the GMC-

  • He is leading a vitriolic and abusive personal campaign against me and my practice
  • the wording is defamatory and potentially unlawful.
  • He has also stated his intention to supply potentially misleading information to petitioners and the Planning Inspectorate
  • he omits relevant information in order to boost his position and collect signatures for his petition
  • Dr X actions fail to comply with the GMC’s excellent policy on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in accordance with the Equality Act 2010

These allegations are unfounded and the architect has failed to supply any specific evidence to support these allegations.

The architect has not explained which part is misleading or which relevant information we omitted.

Our petition has 673 signatures in 6 weeks. We will get to 1000

We will not be intimidated by their tactics

The Architect has also reported another local resident to their employers and wrote to the chairman of his company. He works for a UK bank. This is another malicious attempt to sabotage this residents career.

This behaviour is appalling. We have the right to protest and organise petitions

We have no concerns regarding the accuracy of the content of the posters or petitions.

We believe the architect is simply clutching at straws because our petition grows in momentum each week.

Thank you for the support and thank you for sharing

The case is still not on the planning inspectorate website to make an official objection. We will let you know when the case goes live. Once it goes live anyone can object by leaving a comment online on their appeal casework portal.
