The council received notification that an appeal was lodged to the Planning Inspectorate in early June. It can take anywhere from 3-12 months to allocate a planning inspector. This could be a long battle. 

Once the case goes live on the appeals casework portal we will notify you. This is where you can write an official objection. Once it goes live we have 5 weeks to submit a comment
