Change the name of the U.S. to Rack City

The United States of America is not only boring and uncreative, but old, too. I say it's too plain. Since the government is down for maintenance , I say it get changed to Rack City while we wait. The new national anthem will bem of course, Rack City, which I have listd below for your listening pleasure.
