Hello OakCreek Family,
I am trying to address every concern that the HOA is giving me and I promise to keep you all updated. PLEASE share this link with EVERY Oakcreek resident, not every house - EVERY RESIDENT. Posts shared on the official HOA page will be taken down so I will provide my progress here. When I speak with the board, I want to show that it is not just ME who wants this.....it's MANY of us. They keep harping on the term "yard sale" so I am attempting to stay away from that phrase. You can sell your items or give them away, but first, I must get approval. So please SHARE SHARE SHARE !!!
