Robert J. Meyers for Mayor
I, Bobby Meyers, am running for Mayor of NYC in 2021, simply because I can no longer sit back and watch the demise of the city I love, with Bad Leadership and a Lack of Moral.
I am a 5th generation Hell’s Kitchen resident, still residing in this city where I was born and raised. I come from a long standing family of hard working, family driven, blue collar workers. I am a regular guy who says and does what I mean, and I deliver with the highest set of ethics. I pride myself on my honesty and my sense of truth. My father was a decorated police officer his whole life. I am a loyal union member and I stand behind both whole heartedly.
As Mayor of New York City, I will:
Ensure every neighborhood is safe, by arresting and locking up criminals, keeping them off the streets. Establish a stronger police presence of highly respectable officers.
Encourage and create more community participation, eliminating drugs, and helping the mentally ill with better services instead of sweeping the issue under the rug as so many before me have done.
Shrink our welfare system by creating more opportunity for jobs, so that people can feed their families and have a better quality of life that every American deserves.
NYCHA must be clean, safe and drug free.
I want more jobs for New Yorkers and I fully support small businesses which have always been the heart and soul of this city.
Pledge my 100% support to Unions, NYPD, NYFD, Teachers, Local 6, and so many more. These proud union members keep you safe, put your lives before their own, teach your children to become strong individuals and employ hundreds of thousands of people, with great benefits and health care.
I will be transparent and approachable, as I believe every single voice in NYC must be heard and listened to as well.
Great things come from ideas and thinking out of the box for solutions.
New York residents are to be put first. I realize the importance of Tourism in this city, but the hard working people of New York that keep our city great need to be prioritized.
Our last two Mayors failed to do this and focused on their own selfish agendas first. Not with me.
Stop the foolish expenditure that is inappropriately distributed. We need to focus on the pressing issues that effect each and every one of you and your families every day. (Transportation, school choices, better road ways and bridges to name a few.).
It is time to make New York a people friendly city again! Not only for those living here, but also for the people that come in from our neighboring cities and states.
Rebuild this city after this dreadful plague by reopening it up in a speedy, safe and healthy way.
I am a proud Republican and believe that people should govern their OWN world rather than the Democrats dictating what you eat, drink, say, play as the Democratic party believes in.
Every New Yorker deserves to work hard, feed their families, feel safe at all hours, in every neighborhood of this great city of ours.
We all deserve to see our tax dollars,(which are way too high), to be seen and felt and to breathe easier with less struggle.
As Mayor, I promise to work tirelessly in making this all a reality.
Vote for a change that enables life,
Not one that cripples it.
