Nu Skin recruiters using Tinder to get contact information

Hi everyone, an anonymous informant approached us to tell her story. Here is how it transpired. She matched with someone on tinder. They chatted for a while and they exchanged numbers so they could talk outside Tinder. The guy did not contact her after he got the number. After about a month, she gets a call from the guy. Some excerpts from the call: "Hi I'm [name] from Tinder. *Some small talk*. Remember I told you about my business before. You're from UP right? So you're smart.
