Allow @WaratahJesus to run the ball out at the start of play of a Waratahs match

The issue

Waratah Jesus has been trying for years to be allowed to run the ball out to no avail. The Rugby community feels it if unjust that only a child under the age of 12 can run the ball out when clearly they haven't been as much of a dedicated, supporter as @waratahjesus.
