$3 million dollar budget cut from child protection

This is outrageous!! I've just seen this ABC News report that Premier Baird has cut $3 million from child protection services – risking more lives of vulnerable kids in care. It's been described as 'absolutely staggering'. I honestly can't believe it. Please tell Premier Mike Baird over the weekend to urgently address the abuse of vulnerable kids happening in the broken foster care system, starting with an INDEPENDENT complaints body! https://www.facebook.com/mikebairdMP?fref=ts I'm meeting Minister Brad Hazzard on Tuesday to discuss my petition and the abuse and deaths happening in foster care. I really hope he comes with a real commitment to start fixing this – but it's clear from this story that we need to keep pressure going if that's going to happen. 21,000 signatures and growing asking to fix this mess.
