Just to keep you all in the loop, we have had a massive few weeks as both The Australian & Telegraph ran exclusive stories relating to the latest mental health submissions provided to the NSW Attorney General, Mark Speakman, in support of Kathleen Folbigg's pardon petition.

The provided expert mental health reports prove Kathleen Folbigg is INNOCENT & the diaries were all Kathleen ever said they were. This is important for us at #justiceforkathleenfolbigg because we have all waited for well over 19 years for the narrative to change and the truth at the heart of this landmark case and one of the greatest #miscarriageofjustice cases Australia has ever seen to out.

We've now proven BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT that #kathleenfolbigg is innocent. With all your help as petition signatories, we need to publicly keep the pressure up on Mr Mark Speakman to urge him to grant Kath's pardon application and let Kath come home.

Solicitor Rhanee Rego and Barrister Dr Robert Cavanagh, who prepared the petition, have publicly said: “Experts now say that the diaries cannot be taken as confessions of murder or harm to any of her children.
“The only consideration is reasonable doubt.
“Every argument that has been used to suggest the guilt of Ms Folbigg has now been overcome and her convictions are untenable.
“Now no reasonable person can conclude that Ms Folbigg’s guilt is established beyond reasonable doubt,” they said.
“It’s time for Mark Speakman to recommend to the Governor that Kathleen Folbigg be released".
