We've hit a slump and need people to get this petition shared with EVERYBODY, people like you that care what authorities can do with our beloved fur babies.  Stand up and say that they can be rehabilitated and be able to prove themselves worthy for another chance, especially when they've showed no aggression In their assessment. Make authorities prove in assessments that they aren't likely to be rehabilitated.
