5-0 Vote to Discuss the Hamilton Parcels and Strategic Plan on 5/16/17

SAVE THE DATE: Tuesday, 5/16/17 is an important Novato City Council meeting to discuss Hamilton Town Center and the other vacant parcels. Should it be a focus of the General Plan for land use, which is currently in approval process? (City staff has said since March 2016 that it's too late to add.) What will be the process to utilize these properties under the 3-5 year strategic plan? Sell, save for community use, etc. You will need to make give your input there. Stay tuned for the March 16 agenda. We will want 50 people at least to speak and several hundred emails of input. I'll keep you posted. THANK YOU! for the emails. Together we can save Hamilton Town Center from more infill housing and preserve this historical parcel for future community use. -Tracey Tracey Ruiz
