Council Meeting Item on Hamilton Town Center Postponed!

Many of us felt that the agenda Item was vague and misleading and didn't give residents enough information to know that the Hamilton Town Center was about to be voted on for development proposals. (A violation of the state's Brown Act laws for transparency.) We complained about the lack of transparency and so the city scheduled a confusing Special Meeting of the Council on the topic at an EARLIER time which made matters worse. The Novato City Council ended up voting to take the item off tonight's agenda and will reschedule for another time in April, giving the public more time to be involved. Thank you for your emails, your comments, and helping to get more supporters for signatures.
