Depuis mai , les incendies reprennent dn Amazonie déjà 2 mois avant les pics de l'été.
D'après le Brazilian National Institute for Space Research l'Amazonie et le Cerrado ont connu une augmentation des foyers ď'incendies (1186) de 40% par rapport à 2020.
Ce poumon de la terre et les peuples de la forêt continuent d'être sacrifiés au profit du régime de Bolsonaro et de l'agro-business qui veulent augmenter la déforestation et ses exportations de soja, de bœuf...

Nous disons aussi Stop au Traité UE-Mercosur qui a été signé il y a 2 ans mais doit encore être ratifié par les 27.
Ce Traité est un énorme soutien à Bolsonaro et à la destruction de l'Amazonie. Avec le soutien de mouvements du monde entier, nous continuons d' exiger des 27 un abandon de ce Traité . We also say Stop to the EU-Mercosur Treaty which was signed 2 years ago but still needs to be ratified by the 27.
This Treaty is clearly an encouragement to Bolsonaro's policies and the destruction of the Amazon. With the support of movements from all over the world, we continue to demand an abandonment of this Treaty by the 27 Heads of State present in Brussels on June 24 and 25.
