As many of you are probably aware Peafield Lane, between mansfield woodhouse and edwinstowe has had more then its fair share of accidents over the years, between  2004 & 2014 there has been a total of around 100 accidents, of these 14 have been fatal, and 20 severe, with life changing injuries, all this over a 10 year period, the statistics do not show accidents since 2014 although there has sadly been 2 fatal accidents in just the last 5 weeks alone, and as i live a stones throw from where both these tragic accidents happened i for one think it is time now for this road to be made SAFER for all road users, please sign this petition and lets get average speed cameras and more hazard warning signs along this road before someone else has to lose their life, lets try and make sure these tragic deaths save others lives.
