For the good reputation of the University of Notre Dame, we request that you withdraw/cancel the Honorary Doctorate given to the former judge and justice minister of Brazil, Sergio Moro.

Today we have ample evidence that Sergio Moro has used his legal power as a federal judge to influence and change Brazil's political history.

This is not a democratic act, and he helped and was part of the team working for the unprepared president Bolsonaro, as the former justice minister of Brazil.

The world can see now the true face of the Whited Sepulchre that helped to destroy the Brazilian political system for his own vantage. 

"Although it has long been known that Mr. Moro convicted Mr. da Silva for indeterminate acts and on flimsy charges, we now know that Mr. Moro himself helped mount the accusation against Mr. da Silva, thus violating the Brazilian justice system’s legal principle of not being a judge and a prosecutor at the same time....
