Our annual VegWeek celebration has inspired thousands to explore vegan eating through our one-week VegPledge! Now, we're expanding this popular campaign throughout the year and empowering sustained connection through our new VegWeek Facebook Group!

These are unprecedented times as the Coronavirus affects nearly everyone on the planet. As we do our part to slow the spread by practicing social distancing, doctors are stressing that it is now more important than ever to make sure we are not socially isolating ourselves in the process. They are urging us to utilize technology by following positive social media accounts and keeping in touch with friends and family through text, phone, and video calls. Humans need social interaction in order to maintain mental and emotional well-being. We need our community.

Join and connect with fellow vegans and veg-curious people as we share words of encouragement and support, fun recipes using items you probably already have in your pantry, and easy ways to stay active for animals without even leaving your couch.
