I have  produced a 45 minute presentation on our 3 year journey through mental health services as we battled to get the diagnosis of PMDD for our child. This presentation highlights some of  what I have learned on this journey and is intended to help other parents, carers, NHS professionals, school teachers who may come across a child with mental health issues.
