Too soon to declare victory, but good news!

Norwood City Council heard us! Let's pray Mayor Schneider did too. Although council didn't approve entering into a contract with Hamilton County, the mayor can still decide to close Norwood Communication Center's doors. Thanks to Councilman Mike Gabbard and Ward Reps, Matt Geraci and Chris Kelsch for being our voices tonight! Since our approved 2021 budget included dispatch, Mr. Kelsch suggested holding off on this decision. He proposed that the mayor has a review board (made up of council members and residents) discuss these things prior to next year. Hopefully a final decision will be made soon, but for now, let's just pray for him to have a change of heart.
