If you care about the future of the Village of Northfield, please attend the upcoming TIF Public Hearing.

This is an important opportunity for residents and stakeholders to hear the discussion, ask questions, and make their voices heard regarding the proposed Northfield TIF District.

Residents DO NOT vote on the TIF. The final decision will be made solely by the Village Board, with final action currently scheduled for September 22 (9/22).

Whatever your position on TIF, a decision with potential long-term implications for Northfield deserves public attention and informed participation.
