SUCCESS AT HARDWATER CROSSING!

After presenting the 2000 strong petition to the County Council last month, today I have received a response from the Council.

I am delighted to say that thanks to your pressure, the Council now has permission from the Environment Agency to repair the bridge and are anticipating to start work in mid November. That is 3 months earlier than originally planned and potentially means that the bridge could be repaired by the end of the year.

A massive thank you to everyone who signed the petition. It proves that petitions do work.
