Cllr Richard Hannigan voted to raise the limit to 6,400 !

This is Richard Hannigan the Tory councillor for Ferry, his area covers villages to the North East of Lincolnshire including Barrow, New Holland, Goxhill, East Halton, Thornton Curtis and Wooton. Richard only got 2,390 votes when he was elected in 2015 but he wants us to get 6,400 signatures before we have the privilege to put our case to the full council.
