Retire Jersey #3 In Memory of Marquise Dukes.
The Issue
Creating this petition in hopes of retiring Jersey #3 at NIHS in memory of Marquise Dukes (Quise). He was loved by many, and his loss has been devasting. He deserves for us to retire his jersey. Once a Raider, always a Raider. Let’s make this happen.
