All dogs and cats including street animals and pets should by law be spayed/ neutured in North Cyprus. There should not be any permission to sell puppies in pet shops. This should be enforced by the state veterinary office with the help of proper ministry appointed by the government. High fine/ penalty should be given the law breakers. We need to end this horrible situation with a growing street animal population.
