Hello Supporters!
We have a few updates. Thank you to everyone who showed up on September 25th. There is definitely strength in numbers. We know this is going to be a long uphill battle due to the nature of the position.
The board did urge everyone to send in letters to them . We ask you to write one to defacing any interaction that you may have had or witnessed as a patron over the last 26 years.
Write one to explain your frustration at lack of programs, or rules you feel should not be in the library that were implemented during this time. If possible we would love to deliver them in bulk.
Also to help keep everyone updated and discuss what we can do as a community we would like to have a meeting, October 10th 6pm at West Babylon Panera. Please RSVP with the link below.
Lastly the Board announced a Special Meeting on Tuesday October 7th at 5pm in the Downstairs Meeting Room in order to present and adopt a new Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy. We hope to see you there.
