Our attorneys are working diligently trying to get Michael out of the tight grip of Georgia's claws.

1) They will not let this lady rest in peace. She told everyone that she was not hurt. However, Georgia claims that unwanted sexual intercourse could have occurred without injury to the elderly woman. 

2)  No biological fluids were found in the residence, but Georgia claims that there could have been unwanted sexual intercourse.

3) After reviewing the case 2007 DNA report, it does not state the findings of the "internal vaginal" DNA testing. It seems that the GBI intentionally failed to include these findings for this RAPE case. Go figure. Only the results of the "external vaginal" testing were given. This does not support a capital punishment sentencing nor does it support rape..

Georgia is not trying to let this bogus rape case go and neither are we.

Michael's birthday is December 30th. We are praying that Georgia will let Ms. Leverett rest in peace and let Michael see the inflation that we live in. Georgia just doesn't want to pay those millions of dollars that they owe Michael for  wrongful incarceration for 16;years.
