Michael Christopher Blocker's sentencing for the rape charge changed to "sentence not available" on the Corrections website some months ago.  The Department of Georgia Corrections website is separate from Augusta, Georgia case management system.

Our #exonerateMichael Christopher Blocker campaign has fought for exoneration because

1) Mr. Blocker is innocent.

2) There was never proof that a rape even occurred.

3) "Karen" was never taken from her premises. The State stacked kidnapping charges for the heck of it.

4) Mr. Blocker does NOT belong on a sex offenders list when there are serial rapists roaming free from the churches to Hollywood to sports training. You get the picture.

5) Michael's private and public legal counsel in 2007 and 2008 were horrible, incompetent, and outright unethical. "A guilty plea for LWOP"- is insane on the third day of trial. I digress.

If Augusta, Georgia feels that "parole" is a compromise, then the sex offenders list will be a problem. Any conviction associated with case 2007rccr00181 will continue to be a problem.

Mr. Blocker has asked the public defender office for post conviction relief.

Our campaign has fought for exoneration for the last six years. Michael and I are native of the C.S.R.A. but it is not "home" for us.
