Communication is much better between Michael and I; however, his tablet is still broken. The jpay online menu does not have a tab to fund his JPay Media Account for purchase of another tablet. He was told his broken tablet was out of the warranty for replacement. I have sent an email inquiring about online menu options as well. I hope everyone enjoyed their Holiday.
