Fitness First refused to reply to my emails but practised unfair treatment.

On 3rd Oct 2023 Tuesday, around 4.30pm, I was inside the main studio putting my towels for 6.30pm Fang BodyCombat class, your PT Hairul(?I am not sure of his name?) told me to leave the studio in an unfriendly manner, as the new rule said no one is supposed to enter the main studio until the instructor arrived.

We were made to queue outside the studio until instructor Fang arrived. Someone in the queue said: “Must be those bitches "chope" and fight last week lah”

However, yesterday when, 8 Oct 2023, around 8.10am, I entered the gym and was surprised that the 9.30am Ali’s circuit participants were already there with more than 10 setups despite only 3 persons were in the studio. Shirley Wong was also there.

After that, I heard someone pass by me and say: “Be careful. The “Chao Ji Bai” is here.”

I was infuriated. Then I shared my police report. Not too long, your sale staff, Vivian took down my report.

I was then shocked by your efficiency. When someone trespassed and called me “Chao Ji Bai”, no one reacted although I informed your staff and manager Cristine. But when I showed the facts, your staff were fast in reacting.

And I do not know why when the classes I am attending, the attendees will be made to queue and wait for instructor to come. But when others or maybe Shirley Wong is attending the class, they will be allowed to enter the main studio.

Why are your staff unfairly treating me?
