Monte Hewett Homes has filed rezoning application Z-18-076 with the City of Atlanta to place 23 townhomes on the property located at 10 Blackland Road. This site is located directly behind the Landmark Diner, and was previously the location for a landscaping business. Half of it is currently zoned residential and half is currently zoned commercial.

We, the undersigned, are opposed to this proposed development.
