A bill seeking a two-year jail term for any person who makes allegation or publishes any statement or petition in the newspaper, radio, SOCIAL MEDIA or medium of whatever description against another person, institutions of government or any public office holder.

This bill is a direct affront to freedom of speech and freedom of press.

It presents an excuse to gag the masses in a direct reflection of MILITARY DICTATORSHIP. the Government is seeking excuse to hound perceived political opponents.
