Update: Gas station has appealed, and the project will go before City Council in October.

The Planning department will mail out notices to property owners within 300 feet.

City Council can reverse or uphold the decision by Planning Commission, or request that the project go back to the planning commission for further review.
 

Krogers/Food4Less does this, and has done this for years, adding nothing but a toxic, fire hazard of a nuisance to neighborhoods across the country.

Please let City Council know gas stations have no place less than 500 feet from a residence.
