Great News! Conditional Use Permit DENIED

Thank you to everyone who came out, emailed, called, connected on zoom and made your voice heard.

The Planning Commission denied the Conditional Use Permit for the proposed Krogers/Food4Less fuel station.

There is a chance they will appeal, so we want to keep this petition going to present at the next City Council meeting to propose a ban for all new gas stations in Cathedral City, or at least minimally no new gas stations within 500 ft of a residential zone.
