The Planning Commission denied the Conditional Use Permit for the proposed Krogers/Food4Less fuel station.

There is a chance they will appeal, so we want to keep this petition going to present at the next City Council meeting to propose a ban for all new gas stations in Cathedral City, or at least minimally no new gas stations within 500 ft of a residential zone.
