Update from City Council Dist 2 Nancy Ross

I am aware that this will come before Council but not until after our break which will be no sooner than August. I have a chance to really deep dive on this during my break and come to a position I will take. I will keep you posted.

No one wants/needs to live 135 ft. from a gas station.  A residential street with a senior co-op, church and middle school is no place for a gas station.

Gas is heading towards $10 a gallon.  Krogers/Food4Less doesn't pay their employees a living wage.  When they unionize and this store closes, now we forever have a toxic dump in our neighborhood.

Take a minute and contact the city council to oppose any new gas stations within 500 ft of a residence.
