more information needed for City Council to accept this petition

Hello,

After providing a copy of this petition to the City of Kingston, I was advised that in order for city council to accept this petition it must comply with City Council Procedural By-laws.  Essentially, in order for the City Council to consider an electronic petition each signature must provide their name, address and a valid email address.   If you are willing to provide such, please send this information to jessicooper@hotmail.com.  Please note, I will only use this contact information for the purpose of providing this petition for consideration by City Council.
