Dear All ! 

We are very happy to share that Our friends Mr.David and Ms. Rupa got a successful  judgement on their Writ Petition No-  27398/2021  asking " No Religion No Caste " Identity in the birth Certificate for their son Ivan Rudea from Telangana High Court. on 2023 July,19th  Justice Ms.Kanneganti Lalitha gave a valuable and historical judgement on the writ petition - She asked to give "No Religion No Caste " option for the needy both online and off line where ever it is needed. Asked the concerned authorities to take all the  steps for it's implementation. Hearty Thanks to Justice Kanneganti Lalitha garu.. Hearty Congratulations to Mr David Ms Rupa and Ivan Rudea..  Hearty Thanks to advocate Venkanna Mallikanti garu for achieving this. 

In the light of this Judgement Hope the judgement on our Public Interest Litigation (WP-PIL) - 66/2017  ( Click this Link for PIL-    https://csis.tshc.gov.in/ )    will get the necessary orders from the Chief Justice of Telangana High Court ..

We  heartily thank  Justice Ms.Kanneganti Lalitha for this historical Judgement. Hope it will set a precedent for all such needy people in the state , as well as whole country..
