Congratulations to all. We have won in Supreme Court. Justice has prevailed.
Supreme Court has stayed the stay order by Madras High Court. It has also directed all high courts not to entertain petitions on NEET 2017.
The Supreme Court will also examine whether there should be uniformity in English and vernacular question papers for NEET. You don't have to worry about this point as it is not necessary that the exam be a single paper one. It is a constititional right of the conducting authorites to decide the manner in which they want to conduct the exam. I have provided the proof earlier from the Indian Medical Council (Amendment) Act of 2016.
For all candidates, this should be the dismissal of your mental tension. Relax now and enjoy the fruits of your hard work. You deserve it. For all parents and candidates who have supported us, a big thank you to you.
