On 1-Up Lounge's Facebook page they now claim that the rules include "No children under 12.
No unattended children." which is contrary to the "all ages" advertising on their website. It's possible that they are making changes in response to this petition. We still believe this should be a 21+ up venue because the risk to children is too high.
